Miami’s One Paraiso Residences are home to this penthouse apartment that’s inspired by land art. A modern Asian-influenced interior design concept brings this penthouse that towers high above the earth back down to the very sand and surf that can be seen outside the windows.

By intentionally placing materials in ways that create rhythm, contrast, emphasis, textures, and more, we’ve designed effortless yet impactful focal points. Natural textures and earth tones combine with stark black materials to create interest and intrigue in this penthouse design project.
